Indications
Neat Feat SpandexGel Ankle Support Brace helps relieve pain from plantar fasciitis, swelling, and muscle stiffness from sports injuries, while supporting the ankle to help prevent further injury.
Directions
Slide the sleeve onto foot like a sock until full length of toes emerge through open end. Wrap strap tightly around sleeve as shown. Stick the strap to itself (sticking to the sock will cause fraying). Enjoy all day relief.
