Directions
Cold therapy Place in freezer for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved.
Heat Therapy Submerge in hot water or microwave. Heat in 6 second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Slip pad into sleeve and place on area. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.
CLEANING : Sleeves can be machine washed with similar colours. Therapy packs can be washed with warm soapy water.
Warnings
Do not ingest or insert pad into the body. Do Not use on infants. Use under adult supervision. Avoid use on highly sensitive or insensitive skin. Do not use on open wounds. Overheating may damage or destroy gel bead pads. Discard if damaged. Test gel bead temperature prior to use.
