Directions
1) With the plastic wrapper UNOPENED, fold the pad in half until you hear a soft pop
2) Shake the UNOPENED pack to mix the cooling ingredients.
3) Tear the top off at the notch, remove the pad from the plastic cover and peel off the paper strip
4) Stick the pad to your underwear as you would a normal sanitary towel
***NOTE IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT ACTIVATE BY FOLDING IN HALF IT COULD BE THE WATER BUBBLE HAS MOVED FROM THE CENTRE - JUST FEEL FOR THE WATER BUBBLE IN THE PAD AND FOLD OR SQUEEZE THE PAD IN THAT SPOT AND THAT WILL RELEASE THE WATER TO MIX WITH THE GRANULES****
