Directions
How to Use (Adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day):
Vaporisation: Add 3-6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser.
Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Always read the label and follow directions for use.
Storage Temperature: Store below 30°C.

Each mL of PURE ESSENTIAL OIL contains essential oils from:
Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaves & terminal branches 260 µL, Corymbia citriodora (Lemon Eucalyptus) Leaves 200 µL, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaves 200 µL, Citrus limon (Lemon) Fruit peel 160µL, Melaleuca cajuputi (Cajeput) Leaves 140 µL, Melaleuca alternifolia (TeaTree) Leaves & terminal branches 40 µL.
