Directions
Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Or add 3 drops to a neatly folded tissue and place in your top pocket, inhale as required.Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Diffusion - 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser
Massage - 6 drops into a table spoon of carrier oil
