Make sure the surrounding skin is clean and dry.\u003cbr\u003eStep 3: Cut the OPSITE FLEXIFIX roll to the desired length.\u003cbr\u003eStep 4: Stretch the OPSITE FLEXIFIX film away from the cut in the backing paper (printed 'Remove First 1') to make the backing paper easier to remove.\u003cbr\u003eStep 5: Remove the smallest part of the backing paper printed 1. Folding the dressing lengthways can simplify this operation.\u003cbr\u003eStep 6: Apply the exposed adhesive then remove the second part of the backing paper and smooth down the edges.\u003cbr\u003eStep 7: Remove the green carrier grid marked '3' by lifting and pulling away using the pre-lifted edge along the centre of the green carrier. Repeat to remove the other side.
