Step1: Heat 15-25 seconds. Step 2: Check temperature. Step 3: Apply Mask. The heat mask should be used for 10 minutes and not more than 2 times a day, or as advised by your medical professional. As a cold therapy the mask can help with puffy and irritated eyes. The mask should be placed in its cover and put in the freezer for up to 30 minutes.
