Directions
Adults & children 6+ yrs: Brush thoroughly after each meal. For optimum results rinse with Oral7 Mouthwash.
Children 2-6 yrs: Use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist/doctor.
