Directions
Pain Away Heat Patches are air-activated, no need to preheat in an oven or microwave. When ready, remove the protective layer from the patch and apply the adhesive side to the inside of clothing, close to the painful area.
DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY ONTO SKIN, ONLY APPLY OVER CLOTHING.
Monitor area closely for signs of excessive heat or burn and then remove after 8 hours.
Do not wear on the same area for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period or use while sleeping.

Warnings
Burn Hazard: This Heat Patch can reach up to 60°C+, DO NOT APPLY ADHESIVE DIRECTLY TO SKIN, ONLY APPLY OVER CLOTHING.
This heat patch delivers a high amount of strong heat and has the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Check skin periodically to avoid the risk of burns. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, cardiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, nerve damage, sensitive skin, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters. The risk of burns increases in those over the age of 55. For external use only. Do not ingest as ingredients can be harmful. If swallowed, seek immediate medical help. If contents of the patch comes into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse with water & seek immediate medical help. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Use if you have allergies, frostbite, scars, any type fo ski damage, open wounds or paralysis

• Use on infants, children or persons unable to remove the patch on their own
• Use in conjunction with other heating devices, creams, ointments or cortisone-based topical products
• Cut, massage, fold or wet the patch
• Use if patch is damaged, torn or there is content leakage
• Attempt to reheat in oven or microwave
• Use on the same area for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period
• Use if exposed to Magnetic Resonance (MRI) tests
• Use during sporting activities
