The pad area needs to be touching bare skin.\n\nTo commence treatment:\nSpray Pad area with a conductive spray (sample included) or water can be used as an alternative.\nPlace Pad areas on each side of the spine at the back of the neck and connect the Velcro straps at the front so it is sitting firmly and comfortably against the skin.
