Directions
Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, spit out excess paste. Don't rinse after brushing. Brush at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist.
Store below 25 degrees away from heat and direct sunlight.

Warnings
Do not swallow. Do not use this product in children 6 years of age or less. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
The Australian Dental Association recommends toothbrushing should be done twice per day. It should be done in the morning and again at night for two minutes each time. Brushing your teeth at night should be the last thing you do before bed, with no food or drink after brushing. Brushing for two minutes means brushing the teeth in each section of the mouth for approximately 30 seconds.
