Ice Packs:
How to Use Hot Water: 3-5min
Warning: Do not put the product in Boiling Water.
Microwave:

Refrigerator:
Cooler: 30-60minutes
Freezer: 15-30minutes
Instant Cooling Pads:
1. Keeping the plastic wrapper unopened, fold the pad in half until you hear a soft pop. DO NOT REMOVE pad from plastic prior to use.
2. Gently shake the unopened pack to mix and activate the cooling particles around.
3. Remove the padsicle from the plastic cover and remove the adhesive tape. Stick it directly to your underwear exactly how you would with a normal pad.
Store below 30 degrees

Instant Cooling Pads: Inner - Urea, Water, Absorbent Cellulose, Polyethylene and non-fabric. Outer - Non-woven fabric.

Instant Cooling Pads:
For external use only. In case of accidental ingestion give 1 - 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately. Do not puncture, strike, tear, rip or step on or damage pad or expose cooling components in any way. If a pad is punctured or leaking, or broken in any way discard immediately and do not use. If content enters eyes, open wound or comes into contact with skin, seek medical attention immediately.
