Directions
Keeping the plastic wrapper unopened, fold the pad in half until you hear a soft pop. DO NOT REMOVE pad from plastic prior to use. Gently shake to activate the heating particles around and stick directly onto your underwear exactly how a normal pad would and you're ready to go! No microwave needed.
Keep in a cool, dry place. No not refrigerate or freeze. Keep away from open flame or extreme heat.
