Directions
Take 2 capsules once daily with water, or as professionally prescribed. Best taken with food.

Each capsule contains: Gentiana lutea (gentian) ext. dry conc. 50mg derived from dry root 1g, Momordica charantia (bitter melon) ext. dry conc. 50mg derived from dry fruit 1.5g, Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) ext. dry conc. 2mg derived from dry seed 250mg, Morus alba (white mulberry) ext. dry conc. 340mg derived from dry leaf 3.4g, chromium 100 micrograms (from chromic chloride hexahydrate 512.8 micrograms), chromium 25 micrograms (from chromium picolinate 201.1 micrograms) (Total chromium 125 micrograms), iodine 75 micrograms (from potassium iodide 98.1 micrograms), biotin 30 micrograms, Bifidobacterium animalis (GUT5Y-6™) 1 billion organisms.
