Unfasten the strap from the black plastic ring, open the top flaps, and expand the brace.\nSlide your foot, toe-first, into the top of the brace.\nPull the brace stabilizers upward and align them with the sides of your ankle.\n\nStep 2.\nWrap the flaps around the top of your ankle and secure them.\n\nStep 3.\nInsert the end of the strap into the black plastic ring.\nBend your knee and ensure it aligns over your toes. Pull the strap until it feels snug, then secure the end onto the body of the strap.\n\nREMOVAL\nUnfasten the Velcro straps and then gently bring foot \u0026amp; ankle out of the brace.
