This Elastic Ankle Support has been designed to provide compression to the joint without restricting movement. Wear it as a sock.
Comfortable compression may help to reduce swelling and may provide support to muscles, tendons and ligaments, while assisting in the healing of injuries and sprains.
Designed for either Left or Right Ankle.

Directions
1. Measure circumference at top of ankle, refer to size chart.
2. Wear against the skin.
3. Gently pull over foot (line up heel area over heel).
4. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch.
Warnings
Sensitivity to Neoprene or Neoprene blends may result in a rash or irritation. If this occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical advisor.
