This Premium Back Support has been designed with stabilising bars to provide extra support and stability to the back. Provides compression that assist in healing of injuries and sprains. Featuring dual adjustable waist straps for a personalised fit.
Includes a removable lumbar support pad that can be placed onto the back support's centre for further support.

Directions
Removable lumbar support pad can be placed onto the back support's centre for extra support; it can be removed and reattached if required.
1. Wear against skin or over clothing.
2. Fit back support around waist ensuring lower back is covered.
3. Stretch and secure fasteners at the front then adjust the waist straps to desired fit.
4. Back support must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
Washing Instructions:
Hand wash only using warm mild soapy water. Air dry only. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
Using ointments, liniments, oils or any other skin products may damage the material.
