General Information
This Adjustable Ankle Brace has been designed with a stabilising frame to limit movement of the ankle and immobilise the joint providing support and stability to the ankle while injuries and sprains heal.
Made with breathable fabric to ensure a cool comfortable fit.
Designed for either Left or Right Ankle.

Size and Measurement:
Small/Medium
Up to 240mm

Directions
1. Wear against the skin or over sock.
2. Loosen laces and undo the straps.
3. Gently pull over foot.
4. Tighten laces to fit.
5. Pull both straps crossing over the top of the foot to the opposite sides then cross under foot.
6. Pull both straps up at the same time then secure to the touch fasteners at the top of the ankle.
7. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
Warnings
Sensitivity to Neoprene or Neoprene blends may result in a rash or irritation. If this occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical advisor.
