This Adjustable Ankle Wrap has been designed to provide support and stability to the ankle joints which helps with the healing of injuries and sprains.
Comfortable compression may help to reduce swelling and may provide support to muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Made with breathable fabric to ensure a cool comfortable fit.
Designed for either Left or Right Ankle.

Designed for most ankle sizes:
210mm - 270mm
(around ankle)
Directions
1. Wear against the skin or over sock.
2. Place heel in loop.
3. Pull strap over top of foot then around base of foot.
4. Secure strap around ankle with touch fastener.
5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
Warnings
Sensitivity to Neoprene or Neoprene blends may result in a rash or irritation. If this occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical advisor.
