Directions
Adults: Take 1 hard capsule with water, once daily.Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap ring or seal under cap is broken or missing.

Warnings
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
Contains Sulfites, Encapsulating aids and colourant.
