Directions
Adults: For antioxidant support, joint health and general wellbeing: take 1 hard capsule once daily; For mild arthritis symptoms: take 2 capsules once daily - with water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap ring or seal under cap is broken or missing.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Curcuma longa (Turmeric) ext. dry conc. from rhizome dry Piper nigrum (Black Pepper) ext. dry conc. 12.5 mg from fruit dry 250 mg
Warnings
In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
Contains Sulfites.
