Use your thumb and forefinger to stretch the skin in your c-section area, moving the roller in up and down, back and forth directions, so you’ve covered the area in a cross-hatch.\n- You can build up pressure over time and up to five minutes of massage per day.\n\nOld scars\nAge: Approximately 2 years onwards\n- This area can be sore and delicate, even if the scar is years old.
