Directions
Adults only: Take 1 tablet every 3 hours with food. Do not exceed 5 tablets a day. Split the tablet into half if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Adults only. Large tablet size. In rare cases, Camellia sinensis and Garcinia quaesita may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food. Contains 73.94 mg total Caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake of more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine containing products (including tea or coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains: Soya bean products, Phenylalanine and sulfites. Do not use if blistering is broken or damaged.
