Everything you need to know about how your Wombat order gets to you.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Because Wombat connects you with independent local pharmacies, your items are dispatched by the pharmacy that fulfils your order. If your order includes products from more than one pharmacy, you may receive them in separate deliveries.
Delivery options & costs
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days, calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days where available.
- Free delivery: may be available on orders over a set threshold — any current offer will be shown at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
Timeframes begin from the point of dispatch, not from when the order is placed. Metropolitan areas are usually faster than regional and remote areas. Timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weather, public holidays, and carrier delays.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. You can also view your order status in your account.
Where we deliver
We deliver Australia-wide. Some items may be restricted from delivery to certain areas due to regulations or carrier limitations — any restrictions will be flagged before you check out.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking first, then get in touch and we'll help track it down.
