Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns and refunds work on Wombat.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind, many items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to the return postage cost.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Items we can't accept

For health and safety reasons, and in line with pharmacy regulations, some items cannot be returned once supplied unless they are faulty. These typically include:

  • Prescription and pharmacist-only medicines
  • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
  • Opened personal, hygiene, or baby-care items
  • Products where the tamper seal has been broken

How to start a return

  1. Get in touch with our team with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and send you return instructions.
  3. Send the item back as directed, or arrange collection where offered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where an item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including for major failures and reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
