Directions
Directions: Adults: Take 1 tablet in the evening before bed or as advised by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet, prior to consuming, if you have swallowing concerns.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Mineral supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.
