Blackmores Sleep Sound Magnesium is a triple action, high dose, rapidly absorbed magnesium complex in the form of MagAbsorb+™. It helps relieve restless sleep and mild muscle twitches when dietary intake is inadequate. It also supports refreshing sleep, it is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve disturbed sleep and support healthy sleeping patterns. A calm supported sleep routine begins here-because good health changes everything.

Directions
Adults - Take 7.5g (1 level scoop) once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime. Only use the scoop provided. Mix in 250mL of water and consume immediately.
