Providing up to 12 hours pain relief and discreetly targets Menstrual Cramps and Pains of the Abdomen and Lower Back areas. The patches are a unique oval shape for comfort and are odourless.
Directions
OPEN ONLY WHEN READY TO USE AS PRODUCT IS AIR ACTIVATED. Tear open plastic packet, remove protective ?lm from patch and apply to the affected area, adhesive side on to clothing. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Each patch is for single use only.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or heat.

Warnings
DO NOT: • use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period. • use on the face, mucous membranes, wounds, broken skin, bruises or swelling. • use on infants, children or persons unable to remove the patch on their own. • use with other skin medications or other heat sources. • bandage over the patch. • cut, massage or fold the patch. • attempt to reheat or microwave. • use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against patch. • use if product is punctured or torn. • Do not use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If swallowed seek medical help. If contents of the patch come into contact with the skin or eyes rinse immediately with water and seek medical help. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage or a skin condition.
