General Information
FLO CRS is a preservative-free saline sinus wash, specifically formulated to provide cleansing relief from symptoms of sinusitis. FLO CRS can be used to wash away nasal and sinus congestion and is suitable for daily use.
FLO CRS is a preservative-free, saline sinus wash specifically formulated to provide cleansing relief from symptoms of sinusitis. FLO CRS can be used to thin mucus and wash away congestion and irritants from the sinuses to improve nose breathing.
FLO CRS is formulated with xylitol and is a low potassium and sodium solution that does not affect salt sensitive immune factors in the sinuses. FLO CRS is suitable for daily use and can be used alongside other medications.

Directions
First time use: Thoroughly wash the bottle, tube and cap with warm soapy water before use.
Add lukewarm pre-boiled water into the bottle up to the FILL line.
Add the contents of one FLO Sinus Care sachet into the FLO sinus wash bottle. Screw the cap firmly onto the bottle and shake until all powder has dissolved.
Standing next to a basin or in the shower, lean forward and tilt your head down so your chin is close to your chest.
Insert the tip of the cap gently into one nostril. Whilst breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the bottle until the solution drains from the opposite nostril. Continue until about half of the solution has been used. Repeat on the other nostril with the remaining solution.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS
Do not use FLO CRS if:
- You have a bleeding disorder or are using anticoagulants, unless advised by your health professional
- You have nasal tumours
- You have undergone recent middle ear surgery
- You have a condition which affects swallowing

Contains: Sodium chloride 19.5 mg/g powder for solution
Warnings
Do not use in children under 4 years of age without medical advice. Do not use if any sachets have been damaged or tampered with or after the expiry date marked on the sachet.
Replace the FLO sinus wash bottle after 3 months of use.
