Directions
Adults: Chew 3 tablets half an hour before each meal, three times daily, or as professionally prescribed.

Carica papaya (Papaya) fruit powder 330mg
Mentha X piperita (Peppermint) leaf powder 20mg
Mentha X piperita (Peppermint) oil 7.5mg

Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding. Take two hours away from all prescription medications. Contains sugar and sugar alcohols.
