Directions
The two main ways to enjoy essential oils are:
Diffusion - Add 6-9 drops to water in a diffuser. Choose from our Home Ambience Diffuser or Waterless Diffuser.
Massage - Dilute 3-5 drops in 10mL of carrier oil. We offer Jojoba and Sweet Almond Oil as nourishing bases.
There are also other ways to use essential oils, including in the bath, as a compress, a spritz, a foot bath, or for direct application.
