Adults: Take 1 capsule with water, twice daily.

Active Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Moringa oleifera leaf ext. dry conc. 270mg, equiv. to dry leaf 2.16g; Murraya koenigii leaf ext. dry conc. 135mg, equiv. to dry leaf 945mg; Curcuma longa rhizome ext. dry conc. 45mg, equiv. to dry rhizome 2.925g; Potassium iodide 65.4 micrograms, equiv. to iodine 50 micrograms, equiv. to potassium 15 micrograms; Chromic chloride hexahydrate 515 micrograms, equiv. to chromium 100 micrograms.
Contains: Contains 21mg of potassium per capsule.

In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a
doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains 21mg of potassium per capsule. This product has been blister sealed for your protection. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
