How do I place an order online?
Simply browse our store, add your items to your cart, and follow the prompts to checkout. It's quick, easy, and secure. If you get stuck at any point, our team is just a phone call away.
How does delivery and click-and-collect work?
You can choose to have your order delivered to your door or pick it up in store with click-and-collect. We offer free local delivery in our service areas, and we'll let you know by email or text when your order is on its way or ready to collect.
Can I order my prescriptions online?
Yes. You can request your scripts and repeats through our store, and one of our pharmacists will review your order before it's dispensed. For your safety, prescription medicines are always checked by a pharmacist and may require your original or eScript.
Can I return health products?
If something isn't right, please get in touch. For health and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on certain items such as medicines once they've left the pharmacy, but we'll always do our best to help with faulty or incorrect products in line with Australian Consumer Law.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus a range of secure online payment options at checkout. In store, you can pay by card or cash.
What are your store hours?
Opening hours vary slightly by location. Please check your local Wombat Pharmacy's page for its exact trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Can I speak to a pharmacist?
Absolutely. Our friendly pharmacists are always happy to offer advice and answer your questions. Pop into your local store or give us a call, and we'll point you in the right direction.
Is my health information kept private?
Yes, always. We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal and health information confidentially, in line with Australian privacy laws. Your details are only ever used to provide you with safe, quality care.
Do I need an account to shop with you?
You're welcome to check out as a guest, but creating an account makes reordering, tracking deliveries, and managing your details quick and easy for next time.
